  • We don’t just execute and produce our events, we think about how it feels to arrive, to be together, and to leave. The entire gathering experience from invitation to departure. More specifically:

    We are human and we plan for humans, not just timelines. We make decisions based on your goals, and keep the guest experience in mind every step of the way. Energy, pacing, comfort, connection—not just checklists.

    • We like to think about the details in events that others overlook. Where will the few people that brought jackets hang it on a hot day? How will people who arrive alone not feel awkward once they check-in? How will we gracefully wrap up so people don’t feel like they are getting kicked out? So many little things to think about that I’m good at and you don’t have to worry about.

    • We literally plan for all types of people and all types of events. Life has too many fun gatherings to focus on just one type of event. Whether it’s a staff retreat, a huge wedding, a first birthday party, or even a friends’ getaway to Wine Country FLOCK designs gatherings where people can relax, be present, and enjoy being at your event, together.

    • We remove friction. Billing, coordination, vendor communication, and logistics are handled quietly and professionally so our clients can show up and enjoy.

    • We do some random things people don’t know we do. We support planners on tasks they just can’t take on. We provide concierge services around Sonoma County and Marin County such as delivering goody bags to your guests that are staying all over the place. So many tasks you wish you had someone for, it’s often something our team can help with.

  • Pricing can be straigh forward or can take time to piece out and figure out. We have different packages for different types of events but often our clients want a little bit this and a little bit of that so we customize. Generally our event planning packages start at $3,000 but again sometimes you just need something simple.

  • Clients and former colleagues have commonly shared how nice it is to work with a calm, confident planner who can handle the inevitable ups and downs that come with any event.

    I proudly treat both my clients and vendor partners with the same amount of respect and believe how you treat people in general is a strong reflection of who you are as a person.

    I’m upfront and transparent from the beginning, and I like to talk through expectations on your end and mine early so that we’re aligned and feel good about working together and what the other needs to be successful.
