We don’t just execute and produce our events, we think about how it should feel for your guests to arrive, to be together, and how they should feel when they leave. We like to think about the entire gathering experience from invitation to how they tell others about it.
More specifically:
We are human and therefore we plan for for humans, not just timelines. We make decisions based on your goals and your budget and keep the guest experience in mind every step of the way. We believe the energy, pacing of the program, the comfort, and the connections really do matter.
We like to think about the details in events that others overlook. Where will the few people that brought jackets hang it on a hot day? How will people who arrive alone not feel awkward once they check-in? How will we gracefully wrap up so people don’t feel like they are getting kicked out? There are always many little things to think about that many others don’t.
When I say we plan for all types of people and events, I mean it. Life has too many fun gatherings to focus on just one type of event. Whether it’s a staff offsite, a huge wedding, a first birthday party, or even a friends’ getaway to Wine Country, FLOCK designs gatherings that focus on the guest’s experience not just a checklist.
Of course we also handle all the boring and time consuming stuff too like billing, vendor sourcing and management, creating timelines, and more so our clients can show up and enjoy.

We have different packages for different types of events but often our clients want a little bit this and a little bit of that so we customize.
